As a trainee, you’ll be working within our 80 schools to support innovative and contemporary learning facilitated through a wide variety of modern technologies while developing invaluable communication and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.

πββοΈ Huge congratulations to our Year 11 student, Carl Cauan! πββοΈ Carl shone at the 2025 NSW Pool Lifesaving State Championships (21β22 June at the Murray Rose Fitness & Aquatic Centre), setting a new Australian U16 record of 11.76 seconds in the Menβs Open 12.5m Line Throw! He also collected multiple medals in individual and team relay events. πββοΈπββοΈ Earlier this year, Carl proudly represented NSW at the 2025 Australian Pool Lifesaving Championships at Sydney Olympic Park, bringing home several medals. π Well done, Carl! π§¬π¬π§ͺ Last week, 24 top performing Year 9 students experienced a working Science laboratory at Quantal Bioscience in Castle Hill. The student had previously performed experiments at school which involved them constructing microbial fuel cells to detect bioelectrongens in the mud. π§¬π¬π§ͺ The Year 9 students then went to Quantal to extract DNA to see if the mud they experimented on contained electricity producing bacteria. The students experienced university level lab procedures and successfully extracted DNA. Presenter Melissa shared her powerful personal story, creating an emotional connection that deeply resonated with students.
